What You're Buying

All golf balls sold on this site are previously played, reclaimed from Swing First Golf's courses in Arizona, then cleaned, sorted, and hand-graded as Grade A or Grade B. These are used, reclaimed goods — not new, and not sold, endorsed, or warrantied by the original ball manufacturers. Minor cosmetic variation within a grade is normal and expected.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and sold by pack size (24/48/96). Bulk discounts apply as shown at checkout, and 6.3% sales tax is added to the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or stock errors before an order ships.

Shipping

All orders are shipped at the end of the week. Shipping is a flat $6.99, free on orders over $100. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Local pick up at Union Hills Golf Club (9860 W Lindgren Ave, Sun City, AZ 85373) is available at checkout at no charge.

All Sales Final

Because these are used, reclaimed goods, all sales are final — we don't offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse. If an item doesn't match its listed grade, contact Union Hills Golf Club at with a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Limitation of Liability

Products are sold as-is. Swing First Golf Balls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a reclaimed ball. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

Brand Disclaimer

Swing First Golf Balls is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade, Bridgestone, Srixon, or any other brand referenced on this site. Brand names describe the original manufacturer of a reclaimed ball only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

We may update these terms as the business changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

This explains what information Swing First Golf Balls collects when you place an order, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

When you check out we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the items you order. For shipped orders we also collect your shipping address. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment form — we never see or store them.

How We Use It

We use your information to take payment, prepare and ship or hand over your order, send your receipt, and contact you about your order. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who Sees It

Stripe processes your payment and emails your receipt. Swing First Golf and Union Hills Golf Club staff receive a copy of each order so they can prepare it. Our site is hosted by Netlify. When you visit, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address.

Cookies & Storage

Your bucket is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you come back. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its payment form to prevent fraud.

Your Choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting Union Hills Golf Club. We may need to keep basic order records for tax and accounting purposes.
